Jeff Shelton is the Vice President of Product and PreSales at Impact Analytics, joining the company in 2023. Jeff leverages > 25 years of experience in retail & supply chain (>15 years working for Retailers and >10 years in software) to envision how technology can enable better decisions and more efficient processes. His expertise spans retail merchandising and supply chain, artificial intelligence, machine learning, demand forecasting, merchandise planning, and price optimization.
Before joining Impact Analytics, Jeff held leadership roles at Blue Yonder, American Eagle Outfitters, Belk, and May Company. At Blue Yonder, he led North American PreSales for the Retail Planning practice, consulting with retail and wholesale companies globally. At American Eagle Outfitters he led Merchandise Planning & Allocation for the Women’s business before leading business process and technology featuring a multi-year transformation with various 3rd party software solutions and an extensive Organization Change Management program.
